Is MyCultBox free to use? +
Yes — the Free plan is a real library, not a demo: 100 items across all categories, 10 metadata lookups a day, 10 article clips a month, descriptions in your language, imports and full data export, with no credit card required. Every new account also gets every Pro feature for its first 14 days. Upgrade to Pro anytime for an unlimited library plus extras like curated critic reviews.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and your data is always yours to export.
What happens if I hit the free limit? +
If you reach 100 items on Free, you can't add new ones until you're under the limit or upgrade to Pro. The same cap applies to imports — a bigger library stops at 100 until you upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and iDEAL for Dutch customers.
